Feast with potatoes with herbs

INGREDIENTS
Preheat your oven to 400º
2 red potatoes
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp coarse sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp rosemary
INSTRUCTION
Preheat your oven to 375º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash potatoes in a bowl of running water.
Then, soak in salt water or apple cider vinegar water for 3 minutes and rinse again thoroughly.
Thinly slice potatoes.
Lay thinly sliced potatoes on the lined sheet, drizzle with olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.
roast at 375º for 1 hour. Let it cook for 10 minutes and serve.
