Baby Kale & Quinoa Salad with Grilled Salmon and Crisp Green Apple and Walnuts!

Kale and Quinoa are among the most nutrient dense clean foods on the earth.
When those meet with Salmon and Apple and Nuts, the bowl is carrying full of Nutrient-Dense Food ever for our health and beauty!!

This bowl of salad contains full of high in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin 6, Vitamin 12, Minerals, Antioxidants, Beta-Carotene, Lutein and Zeaxanthin, Flavonoids, Quercetin, Kaempferol, Fiber, Protein, all 9 Essential Amino Acids, Omega-3 Fatty Acid, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Cobalamin.
All these nutrients boost our health and excellent to a weight loss diet. Especially, this high in lutein and zeaxanthin, nutrients are proven to reduce risk of macular degeneration and cataracts. Also, it's naturally gluten-free and high in nutrient for everyone and especially for people with prediabetes or type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Here's my simple recipe.
Ingredients
1 bowl or 1 bunch Baby kale or any type of kale
1 cup Quinoa
2 cups Filtered water
1 Kombu
1/2 Green Apple
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/2 lb. Salmon
1 Lemon for dressing
Dressing:
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Pink Salt or Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instruction
season salmon with salt and pepper and let it wait for about 10 minutes.
Wash Kales and an apple and a lemon.
Cook Salmon in skillet for about 4-5 minutes each side until both sides turn golden brown.
In a (3qt.) pot, combine quinoa with water and kombu and bring all to boil.
Once it starts boiling, reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes, until liquid has evaporated.
Let stand for about 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork or rice paddle. And let it cool down.
Slice salmon and an apple into bite size.
In a bowl, combine kales, quinoas, salmon, apple, and walnuts with dressing.
